Need to get your cat fixed? We can help!

Calumet SNAP has a program for Northwest Indiana cat owners on Social Security, unemployment or public aid.

In order to qualify for a voucher, you must mail in a copy of proof you are receiving assistance with your name, address, phone number and the number of vouchers you need.

Once we receive your paperwork, we will mail you a voucher. Call the vet clinic listed on the voucher to make an appointment. Be sure to bring the voucher with you on surgery day!

Don't qualify for Social Security, unemployment, or public aid? No problem! You can still get your cat fixed safely and affordably at the South Suburban Humane Society's Low-Cost Spay/Neuter clinic. Male cat neuters are $40 and female cat spays are $50. Call 708-755-1110 and leave a message to make your appointment.
